The 2007 Ford Fusion has a wheel bolt pattern of 5 lug 4.5 inches, with a high positive offset of 114.3 mm. This is the pattern, typically of three, lug holes that You will need to follow if You intend to mount a new rim or tire onto Your car. You should use a 19 mm hex to perform this job. WitH16 inch standard rims, You can expect to pay between $30 and $120 for one, new from the manufacturer. The rims can be located at most automotive center, or parts and accessories locations. If You choose to have them replaced by a mechanic or service professional, You will need to pay an additional $85 to $159 in labor.

The answers stating 114.3mm offset are wrong. The bolt spacing is 4.5inches (that translates to 114.3mm) that is NOT the offset the offset is +30 Please look up offset so that you can understand better.
