The torque for the lug nuts on the 2008 Honda CR-V iS83 ft/lbs. Always go with this torque or You can cause damage to the lug nuts. To get the correct torque use torque sticks with a gun or use a torque wrench. The torquing patterns that You should use is a star pattern starting at bottom right, top left and so on, doing this prevents wheel tilting. The wheel bolt pattern for the vehicle iS5x114.3mm and it has a center bore of 64.1 mm. It has a thread size of M12 X1.5 and of course it uses lug nuts as the wheel fasteners. The lug nuts are what will keep the wheel/rim bolted to the vehicle.
