If the 2012 Honda Odyssey piston rings are having problems then You will have a couple of symptoms. First of all, You will notice that the engine is not outputting as much power as it should be. This is due to the timing of the engine is off. Secondly, the spark plugs will very quickly become fouled, making for a weak spark and less power from the engine. This will happen because of the third issue, the rapid burning of oil. All of this is bad enough and will lead to driving issues, but the real problem is that if left alone the engine will eventually be damaged by it and You will need to have the engine fixed. This is a lot more expensive than fixing the pistons.

The piston rings in certain cylinders may rotate and align, leading to engine oil consumption and spark plug fouling on your 2012 honda odyssey.
