The 2015 Ford F-150 comes with an H11 bulb for the standard low beam lights, and a 9005 bulb for the high beams. These are very common bulb types and You should be able to find them at any major auto parts store if they burn out. When Your headlights are not working the first thing that You should check are the fuses to them. If You notice that the fuses are good then the next thing to check is the wiring at the back of the housing. You will want to make sure that the wiring is not loose and that it is free from debris or fraying. If the wiring is good then the most likely problem is that the bulb has burnt out and will need to be replaced.
