The body control module in a Chevy Express can be found underneath the steering column in the middle of Your dash. You should be able to notice the large piece of plastic with the large wire harness that goes into it. The body control module controls all of the windows, door locks, and alarm system in Your van. If You are having any problems with any of these then it could be a problem with this module. You can usually use an OBD II scan tool to see if the unit has thrown any codes indicating failures. Generally if there is a failure with the BCM You will need to reach out to a dealer to have it replaced and progRammed to work with Your car.

My 2016 3500 LT Express BCM is nowhere where to internet says it is. I can tell you that is behind the passenger side knee guard. Remove 2 x 10mm bolts and remove the guard. Now you need a nimble flat head screwdriver. The plastic carrier housing is a press in so you have to pry the plastic tabs one at a time. Press in hard on the plastic housing and wedge your screwdriver up in and pry the plastic tab out. Now carefully do the other side gentle enough not to push the tab you already freed back in its hole. Now it's free, on the whole unit push up and towards the engine, it's kinda hinged up in there. Now pull down. And there you have it.

I pulled the knee guard off of my 2016 Express van on the right side and there was the body control module in plain sight thanks very much for the info
