The correct battery group size for the 2015 Toyota Highlander is 24F and it haS750 CCA. The way the battery is measured is basically just the physical size of the battery, it is industry standard and is measured by height, width and length and polarity. CCA stands for cold cranking amps and the higher the CCA the better it is for the battery. The battery in the Highlander should last anywhere froM3 to 5 years. It will be harder to start the vehicle, especially in colder weather when the battery is going bad. The location of the battery is on the driver side of the engine compartment and towards the front, You can open up the hood by pressing the hood release which is near the knee area on the driver side.
