The 2007 Toyota Sienna uses a group 24F battery with at least 710 cold cranking amps. The more cold cranking amps that a battery has the easier it will be to start the engine in Your van. There are two major types of batteries on the market today, lead acid and AGM. Lead acid are the traditional batteries that have a wet cell on them that has to have water added to it periodically. AGM are a newer technology and use a sealed battery that has a gel inside of it. Usually an AGM battery will give You greater cold cranking amps and longer life than a standard wet cell.
