The 2011 Toyota Corolla uses A64.5mm oil wrench to remove the oil filter. This is a pretty standard size and if You are looking to get one You should be able to find it at most major auto parts stores that sell oil filters. It is a good idea to use a filter wrench when You need to remove the oil filter from Your car, but in general You shouldn't need one when You install the filter. You should only tighten the filter hand tight when You install it. Tightening it too much can lead to it getting stuck in the vehicle and being very difficult to remove. The filter heat cycles with the engine and will expand and contract with it as well.
