The 2016 Toyota Tundra is equipped with an H16 bulb in its fog lights and 9003 high and low beam bulbs in the headlight assembly. Owners can manage replacement by prying off the fog lamp housing located at either end of the Tundra's front bumper. Release the square plastic with a trim tool or flathead screwdriver. To make room for removing the lamp, pinch the brown wire connector clips to release the housing with the wiring harness attached. The bulb will be locked into the harness. Pinch the clips securing it to the assembly to allow for removal. Turn the H16 plug counterclockwise to snap out of the fog lamp and replace with a new bulb.
