To remove the trunk panel in the Ford Edge You will first need a Phillip's head screwdriver to remove four screws in the plastic cover. There are eleven clips holding the cover on. Gently pry the cover and clips pulling downward. Some of the clips may remain in the liftgate fRaming so You'll want to remove those as not to lose them. You can reinstall the clips into the proper places of the panel itself. Once all clips have popped out of their openings the panel will come right off.
