The Ford F-350 dually tire size is LT245/75R17 for the 2020 model year. Tire sizing is standardized and simple when You know what the numbers mean. The first number, 245, is the width of the tire in millimeters. The second number, 75, is the sidewall height in millimeters. The third number, 17, is the rim size in inches. IAlways recommend that You get tires that are the same or higher rated than OEM when You are putting them on a dually truck that is meant to tow. Using cheap tires can lead to blow outs while driving and may not support the weight of trailers that You may be towing.

The ford f-350 can use a 245-75-17, 275-65-18, 275-70-18 or 275-65-20 tire.

Yes, 265/75r17s are one of the factory tire options. The sidewalls will touch under a heavy load. The factory requires a load range E-121. There are a few tires of this rating in a 255/80r17 which will give you 2" more in diameter, but also prevents the sidewalls from touching under a heavy load.
