The Ford Focus A/C drain can be found and accessed by dismantling the front owl and then detaching the HVAC systems inflow or intake tube. Here, You should see a little handle sticking out of the firewall. Yank on this handle to find the Focus A/C drain. It can be found right above the steering rack. If Youre planning on cleaning it, its best to either vacuum the drain or clean it out with a can of compressed air. To make sure its working properly, simply turn Your car on and turn on the A/C. Wait a few minutes and You should see some water drip out of the A/C drain. This is a clear sign that it is functioning as intended.
