There are two ways to adjust the clock in a Ford Fusion depending on the year that You have. The simplest one is when You do not have any navigation system You can just use the h and m buttons that are next to the clock to adjust the hour and minutes. If You do have a navigation system or touch screen then You will need to use that to set the clock. Go to the settings menu and then scroll down to clock settings. From there You can adjust the clock as needed to match the time in Your local timezone. Usually it will update with GPS, but in the event that it does not You can manually set it here.
