There are two types of radiator supports that are used in a Ford Fusion. The top radiator supports are easy to remove because they are just tabs that are bolted in place. The bottom radiator supports are tabs that have tiny spot welds that hold the base of the radiator. In order to replace these You will need to use a drill bit to cut through the spot welds. After that You can replace the welds with a simple bolt through the hole that You had to drill to attach a new radiator. If You are going to install a different sized radiator then You may need to cut the mounting tabs off the subframe of the body and weld on new ones.
