The largest tires that can fit on a stock Ford Ranger without any modifications are a 265/65r18 which is one inch taller than the stock tire. These tires are fairly expensive though, costing about 120 to 140 dollars each. Also, keep in mind that if You have a new tire put on the truck then You will have to have them balanced. This will likely be free with the purchase of four tires, but if You were to have to pay for it then this would be another 70 to 100 dollars. The PSI for these tires iS33, though as long as You are within a point or two then You should be fine. Cold weather will also affect the PSI of the tires.
