The fuel tank capacity on the 2019 Toyota Tundra depends on whether You have a standard tank or a large tank. The standard tank has a fuel capacity of 26.4 gallons. The large tank has a capacity of 38 gallons. If You want to know what type of gas to use, I can help You with that. The gas that You should use on the Tundra is regular unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87. Having gas in Your vehicle is important since without out You wont be able to start or run the car. Try not to drive around with low amounts of fuel since that can damage the fuel pump.

This is interesting. I just bought a 2019 Tundra 02/21/2022. The dealership filled up the tank as part of the purchase. When I took it on a one day trip that required a fill up when I got to just under a quarter tank, that first fill up only allowed for 16 gallons of gas. When I looked at the fuel gauge it read that the tank was full. If the tank is supposed to a 26.4 gallon tank, where are the other 10 gallons that should fit in the tank (assuming a 6 gallon reserve) and why is my fuel gauge showing fuel after only 16 gallons of gas being pumped in?
