The 2016 Toyota Tundra uses a 9003 size bulb for the headlights. This is a very common bulb type and You should be able to find it at any major auto parts store. When Your headlights are not working the first thing You should check are the fuses to them. If these have burnt out then You will need to replace them to get the lights working again. The next thing You should inspect is the wiring at the headlight housing. Make sure that it is tight and free from obvious signs of damage like fraying. If all of those things are fine then it is likely that the bulbs have burnt out and they will need to be replaced.
