The maintenance schedule for the 2006 Toyota Sienna is pretty detailed on what to do. Every 5,000 miles or every 6 months You should change the oil and the oil filter, rotate the tires and inspect the brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs. For special operating conditions at 5,000 or 6 months You should re-torque the propeller shaft bolt, tighten nuts and bolts on chassis and inspect ball joints/dust covers, the drive shaft boots, the engine air filter and the steering linkage/boots. Every 15,000 miles or 18 months You should inspect the automatic transmission fluid and differential oil, ball joints and dust covers, brake lines and hoses, drive shaft boots, engine coolant, exhaust pipes and mountings and steering gear box.

In a 2006 toyota sienna you should change the oil every 5,000 miles, transmission fluid every 30,000 miles, major services at 30,000 mile intervals, and the timing belt every 100,000 miles.
