The P1174Code for the Chevy Uplander means that the engine control module/unit (ECM/ECU) is not able to adjust the fuel trim for that cylinder to provide the proper amount of fuel for combustion. This will cause a mIS Fire.In this case, You may have poor continuity for the wiring harness that powers the injector, or the injector may be damaged, clogged, or sticking. In any of those three cases, replacing the injector would solve the issue, but resealing, cleaning, or replacing the pigtail (wires and connector) could also solve the issue.

A p1174 code on a chevy uplander usually means the fuel trim cylinder balance diagnostic discovered a rich or lean cylinder to cylinder air/fuel ratio imbalance in each bank.
