The 2013 Toyota Tacoma came standard with a A340E automatic transmission on models with the base engine and a A750F automatic transmission on models with the upgraded 4.0L engine. They will both need to run on either Dexron VI, a multivehicle transmission fluid, or Toyota's own OEM automatic transmission fluid. You can choose from any of these and it will run just fine for Your vehicle so it comes down to personal preference. The capacity will be 10.8 US quarts for the A340E model and 11.5 US quarts for the A750F model. The fluids will need to be changed out around every 40,000 miles.
