The 2003 Toyota Tacoma comes from the factory with 6x8 inch speakers in the front and rear doors. They also have a set of tweeters mounted in the A pillars near the dashboard. To replace the stock speakers You will need to remove the door panels which can be done with a very simple set of hand tools. Once You have the doors off You need to remove the stock woofers using a standard phillips screwdriver. To get to the tweeters You will need to remove the A pillars which are held in with push clips. The rear speakers will depend on the stock arrangement Your truck has but usually requires just removing the plastic paneling that covers the mounting location.
