The Toyota 4Runner caliper bolts should be torqued to 91 foot pounds. These bolts are what holds Your calipers together so You will want to make sure that they are torqued properly to keep them on Your brake rotors. I suggest that You always use an appropriate sized torque wrench when You need to torque things to a manufacturer's suggested specifications. Experienced mechanics can often have a good feel for when something is torqued, but that is a skill developed after years of working on cars. There are many great torque wrenches on the market, but I find the manual ones to be better than the electronic. A simple click is a lot easier to stop at rather than a beep from a digital one.
