The ground clearance for Your Toyota RAV4 will depend on which year the vehicle was made. Starting in 2019 Toyota raised the ground clearance for the base model and XLE trim levels to 8.4 inches. The XLE Premium, Limited Edition, and Adventure Editions will have a slightly higher clearance of 8.6 inches. If You have a Rav4 made froM2013 to 2018 it will have a ground clearance in the low 6 inch mark unless You have a package that includes a lift. Models made from 2006 to 2012 will have a ground clearance of 7.5 inches. Any older models will all be in the 6 inch range.
