The RSCA off button for a Toyota Tundra stands for roll sensing curtain airbags. These air side airbags that will deploy in the vehicle will You get in to an accident or roll Your vehicle. These should be turned off if You going to partake in serious off roading with Your truck. You don't want them to accidentally deploy while You're out having some fun.

Hi Travis it is my understanding that it stays on till you cycle the ignition again from start up. If you push the button it remains active until you turn the truck off for more than 30 seconds and then turn it back on again Jerry ham radio operator ka0txw
