The Honda CR-V needs to have the lug nuts torqued to 80 foot pounds. I recommend always using a calibrated torque wrench when You torque down Your wheels to make sure that they are not too loose or too tight. When You are removing a wheel it is a good idea to use an impact driver, but when You reinstall it do not use one. An impact driver can exert too much torque on the lugs and that could strip them or the wheel studs out completely. Lug nuts that are over torqued can also damage Your actual wheels themselves so You will want to avoid that.
