How ld does the car has to be? I changed my oil in 2004 e320 5w 40 now it makes noises after it starts. It goes away about 3-5 mins after. It didn't do it before.

5w 30, older model like 5w 40, and it all depends on the climate. Lighter oil should be used in colder weather states.
