The most common reason that coolant will leak in a 2011 INFINITI G37 is when there is a loose or damaged hose. The hoses that run the cooling system are all connected with hose clamps to the components. When those clamps come loose then they can develop leaks. If Your hoses are also very old they can develop leaks, they are made out of rubber that can get brittle and crack over time. You will want to also check Your radiator since they have been known to leak. The radiator in Your INFINITI is made of plastic and if it gets damage the core can leak from the top or bottom. Unfortunately there is no good way to repair the radiator so it will just need to be replaced if it cracks.
