There are a few different things that can cause Your 2015 Nissan Altima's power steering system to make noise, and most are relatively simple to fix. The leaSTSevere is typically a low power steering fluid level. Luckily, this is also the most common and the easiest to diagnose, so it's certainly what You should check first. If Your reservoir is low, top it off with approved fluid, and see if the noise subsides. The second most common is air bubbles in the power steering system. This is usually caused by a degradation of seals, so while it's a bit more difficult to fix, it's still inexpensive. Finally, if these aren't the causes of Your noise, You'll probably be looking at a failing power steering pump.

The 2015 nissan atima power steering noise is possibly caused by a problem with the power steering fluid that the pump is attempting to push. If you've kept up with routine maintenance of your vehicle, including replacing the power steering fluid as required, the noise is more likely due to air bubbles in your system, power steering leak, or power steering pump failure.
