The typical reasons that can lead up to a coolant leak on Your Land Rover LR4 is going to be the conditions You drive the vehicle in, as well as the style of Your driving, combined with age of the vehicle and maintenance (or lack thereof). Eventually, the hoses and seals will wear and need to be replaced. Additionally, though, if You mix coolants, You can end up with corrosion, with actual holes in the radiator itself. And, of course, there's the dreaded blown head gaskets, which will allow coolant to seep out and spill on the ground underneath the engine; hopefully not the case for You, as it's a quite expensive repair.

Coolant leaking from a 2016 land rover lr4 could be because of a faulty water pump, hole in the radiator or ruptured coolant hoses.
