The main reason You'll get front suspension noise in Your Mazda CX5, particularly in model years 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016, is outlined in Mazda's technical service bulletin (TSB) 0200616. The problem seems to be faulty lower control arm bushings in the front suspension, and manifests primarily on wet roads between speeds of 12 and 25 miles per hour. If Your vehicle is under warranty, Mazda will replace the lower control arm bushings free of charge. If it is not under warranty, unfortunately You're on the hook for the bill -- the good news, however, is that lower control arm bushings aren't that terribly difficult or expensive to replace. Still, the existence of the TSB leads many drivers to believe that Mazda should cover the cost.

The Mazda CX 5 is the subject of a TSB that requires the replacement of the lower control arm bushings in the front suspension. These faulty parts will cause suspension noise until fixed.
