The size of the Chevy S-10 brake line iS3/8" and 3/16". Brake equipment will become old and will need to be replaced at some point. The brake pads and shoes need replacing every 50,000 miles. The brake rotors need to be changed every 60,000 miles. The brake fluid needs to be changed every 20,000 to 45,000 miles. Your brakes need to be in top condition. Having faulty brakes will lead into problems. A loose bearing can make for bad stops. Screeching sounds can arise from low brake fluid. The brakes can lock up, which will result in wrecks. Premature brake wear is a problem that needs to be addressed. Bad brake pads will result in problems with the vehicle stopping.

It is 3/16" front and 1/4" to the rear axle where it tees into individual 3/16" to each rear wheel.
