The Honda Civic uses an M14 X1.5 lug nut to secure the wheel to the car. When tightening the lug nuts be sure that they are torqued to 80-foot pounds. Loose lug nuts can ruin the wheels and rotors it could be potentially dangerous or life threatening if the wheels come off when the studs snap. Over tightening them isn't good either, it could cause the rotors to warp. The civic has A5×114.3 wheel bolt pattern this means that there are five wheels studs spaced apart 114.3 mm, measured from the edge of one wheel stud to the center of the stud directly opposite of it, skipping one stud in between.
