To get to the EGR valve for a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe You're first going to need to open the driver's door of the vehicle and press the hood release button. Now head to the outside of the vehicle and lift up the hood with one hand and undo the safety latch with the other. Now that You can see under the hood look towards the left side of Your engine. The intake manifold will be here and then the EGR valve is going to be directly next to it. A replacement valve is going to cost between $30 and $60.
