The rear window on Your 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, assuming it's the base 1500 or 1500 HD, is going to be 64 and 3/4 inches wide and 18 and 1/8 inches at its highest point. If You're replacing this glass, You can usually pick up a guaranteed to fit replacement with a solar glass finish for around $785, but that doesn't include labor costs, which will likely be over a hundred for this model. If You're replacing this anyway, You might considering upgrading a bit in the process: Some drivers like to get a rear defrost button installed, and others go full power windows. You'll have to check with Your local shops for the cost: It's not going to be cheap! But if You've kept that 2003 Silverado this long, maybe it's worth treating it to a little update here and there.
