The starter solenoid in Your 2003 Honda Accord is located on the lower front of the engine. To replace it the first thing You have to do is disconnect the battery. After that You will need to remove the intake and intake manifold to access the bolts that mount the starter to the engine. From there it is just a matter of removing the old part and replacing it with the new one. There are a few indications that Your starter may be failing or may have already failed. The first and most obvious is that the engine will not start even though the battery is fully charged. Another indicator to keep an eye on is how long it takes the car to actually start once You turn the key. As the part fails it will take longer and longer to turn over.

Look inside the fuse box behind the dash to locate the starter solenoid relay on the 2003 honda accord.
