The 2003 Mazda6 haS6x8" front door woofers and rear door speakers. The rear deck center speakers are 8". There are also tweeters in the front doors. An AM/FM Seek-Scan stereo is standard. This model also comes equipped with an in-dash mounted single disc CD player. A cassette player and amplifier are optional add-ons. The stereo can be operated using the steering wheel Audio controls. Speed sensitive volume is also standard in both the iAnd S sedans. The volume of the stereo is adjusted in relation to the speed of the vehicle. When driving slowly the volume is lowered. As You're accelerating the volume is gradually increased. This is to balance out the noise of the cabin and the radio volume.
