The fuel filter on the 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse is a part of the fuel pump. In most cases the fuel pump is along the underside of the vehicle, attached to the fuELRail. Getting to it is quite simple, as it is only held in place by a couple of bolts, and these are easy enough to remove. The replacement cost can vary and is between 200 and 800 on average.
