The 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer ES came equipped with a 2.0 L 4Cylinder engine under the hood. There was no other motor available for this model. This engine will need to run on 10W-30 synthetic blend motor oil. The capacity will be 5.4 US quarts if You're including the filter. The capacity being low it won't cost too much for an oil change. You can expect to spend between $25 and $35 if You're doing it on Your own or between $100 and $120 if You want to take it in to a shop. The oil will need to be changed out every 5,000 to 7,500 miles.
