The 2003 Toyota Corolla has a coolant capacity of 6.9 quarts and the manual suggests that You use a Toyota long life coolant or some kind of equivalent. It's also important to make note that it is an ethylene-glycol type coolant so it can protect some of the aluminum components in Your vehicle. Fortunately it's easy to tell when You're getting low on coolant because the clear reservoir is marked with levels for the MINImum and maximum amounts. If You notice that You're running low just top it up with some more. You will need to remove the plastic motor cover in order to get access to the reservoir in this vehicle though. -
