The fuel tank pressure senor for a 2004 Acura MDX is going to be part of the fuel pump assembly. It would be easiest to access this part from underneath the vehicle. You're going to want to put it on a jack and You'll need to use a 2 1/2 or 3 ton jack in order to lift it up. Once You have Your vehicle lifted You'll want to remove the fuel tank side rear wheel well. It will make it much easier to now access the parts. A replacement sensor shouldn't cost more than about $40.
