In order to get to the air pump relay You're first going to need to open the driver's side door and locate the hood release lever. Now go outside the vehicle and lift up on the hood and with Your other hand undo the safety latch. Now that You have Your hood open go ahead and disconnect the battery. If You're going to be replacing this relay You don't want to have an accident. Look just beyond the battery and You're going to see the fuse box. It will have a black cover over it. If You take it off You'll now be able to see where all the relays are located.
