The 2004 Honda Accord comes standard with M12 X1.50 with a 19mm hex lug nut size on the vehicle. This means that You will need to use a 19mm socket to remove and reinstall the lugs on Your car. When You are removing Your lug nuts it is a good idea to use an impact driver because it will be able to break the torque that hold the lugs in place. When You are reinstalling the lugs though You should never use an impact driver because they can put too much torque on the lugs and damage the wheel hubs or rims. When You need to reinstall Your lugs You should always use a calibrated torque wrench to get the torque specs correct.
