The wheel bolt pattern for the 2004 Nissan Sentra is going to be 4 X114.3 for the three trim levels released in the U.S. Domestic market. All the wheels here also have A66.1 mm center bore, and use standard lug nuts, with a thread size of M12 X1.25. Nissan is also pretty consistent with their default tire for a given trim. For the 1.8i, it uses a 195/60R15, which You should inflate to 33 PSI in the front and 30 in the rear. The SE-R 2.5i uses a 195/55R16, which should be inflated the same as the 15 inchers. The SE-R Spec V 2.5i, now, that'll take a 215/45ZR17, and You'll want to inflate both the front and rear to 33 PSI.
