The 2005 Ford F-250 power window fuse is located in the interior fuse panel. The power window fuses are powered up by a relay called the accessory delay relay. The fuse has Position 25. If the fuse has blown, there is either a short or an overload in the power window circuit. Try replacing the blown fuse with a new one (make sure it has the SAME amp rating as the original, not lower, not higher).
