If You're looking for what type of transmission fluid to use on Your 2005 Honda Accord, then look no further. The fluid that Your vehicle uses is ATF-Z1. If You can't find that type of fluid, then You're also allowed to use DEXRON IIiAutomatic transmission fluid. If later on, You do find the ATF-Z1, then I would recommend to flush the other fluid and replace it with the new one. The purpose of Your transmission fluid is to keep Your tranny lubricated and healthy. You can help do this by making sure the fluid level never gets low and replace it on time.
