There are a few ways to locate the 2005 Honda Civic oxygen (also called the o2) sensors. The first area You should check is within the exhaust manifold. First, locate the exhaust pipe flange, and look in the area just above it, which is where the manifold is found. If You don't see it immediately, don't be concerned. It can still be found, as long as You follow the exhaust manifold along the pipe until You do. If the o2 sensor is bad, it will need to be replaced. You will need to pay between $45 and $241 for a new sensor. If You have it done professionally, You will pay an additional $60 to $240 for labor.
