The 2006 Acura TSX comes from the factory with 4 speakers and two tweeters powered by a factory amp. The front stage is made up of a pair of 6-½ inch mid-range woofers mounted in each of the front doors with a pair of tweeters located in the corners of the dashboard. The rear stage usually consists of a pair of 6-½ inch two-way speakers in the rear doors, although some of the higher end trims come with a pair of 6x9 inch speakers mounted in the rear deck. Replacing the factory speakers is very straightforward on the TSX, You just need to remove the door panels to access the standard mounting locations. The rear deck install is a bit tricky since You have to remove the side panels and usually the upper seat belt mounts to remove the rear deck covering.
