The 2006 Cadillac CTS has an AUX input that can be found in the center console of the sedan if You have the optional navigation package installed. This will add a 3.5mm jack to the center console. To use the AUX input jack You will need to buy a male to male 3.5mm cable and connect it to either Your MP3 player or smartphone. You will then control the songs that are playing through Your device, and the volume through the volume knob on the radio. Aux inputs have become more common over the years, but 2006 was an early year for one so that's why it was only included with the upgraded stereo and navigation system.
