The 2006 Chrysler Sebring does not have a cabin air filter. These types of filters in most vehicles are located in a compartment behind the passenger side glove box. You can double check there if You want to be sure about it but many vehicles around this time didn't have a filter included and it's much more of a modern thing. -

The cabin air filter for a 2006 chrysyler sebring is located behind the glove box. You will need to use a screwdriver to remove the front housing to access it.
