The starter relay for the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 can be found in the main fuse panel that is under the hood. You should be able to spot it by using the cover that is on the panel since they are all mapped out on it. If Your vehicle is not starting the first thing You should do is check the battery, and possibly try jump starting it. If jump starting it does not work then You should check the starter relay first and then the starter motor. If there is no cranking sound, and no clicking coming from the starter motor after You replace the relay then it is most likely a failed starter motor.
